Our mission has been to create a world-class restaurant and food business which is committed to sustainable food practices, responsible energy use, zero waste principles and community food education.

The staple ingredients on the Bordeaux Quay menus are all sourced from The West Country and our meticulous approach to food sourcing ensures that we are able to support local farms and producers and, in doing so, minimise our food miles. All other ingredients come from suppliers whom we know and trust.
