Delicious food doesn’t need to cost the earth

Recent estimates suggest that the food chain contributes at least 27% of the UK’s total emissions of the greenhouse gas CO2, and that 40% of all UK road freight is food related.

Think about it.

We know it makes sense to reduce the miles our food travels to our plates. We know we need to take responsibility for our impact on the environment. It's time for a change and Bordeaux Quay is proud to lead the way.
