Sustainable Development

We are working hard to make Bordeaux Quay as environmentally responsible as possible. This has been a principal consideration since the start of the project and it is an ongoing process. We will always work to improve our performance by building and improving on our current sustainable activities.

We recognise the overarching value of food and the effect our choices have on our health, environment, economy and lifestyle. We aim to serve excellent food, sourced with locality, seasonality and excellent quality.

This is a complicated and infinite challenge from which we will continue to learn and improve.
