The Bakery employs traditional methods and uses organic flours from Gloucestershire to produce handmade loaves, pastries and other baked delights for the Restaurant, Brasserie and Deli.

We produce a varied array of traditional and modern breads; this includes slow overnight ferments and natural sourdoughs. Made with reduced amounts of salt and other dubious additives, we rely simply on time-honoured and artisan methods to produce breads of great texture and quality.
