The bakery at Bordeaux Quay is an exciting natural progression of the long established Artisan bakery at Bristol’s Quartier Vert restaurant.
We combine time-honoured methods with fresh new thinking to produce a varied array of traditional and modern breads. This includes slow overnight ferments, natural sourdoughs and the reduction of yeast and salt, relying instead on the developing flavours and textures these methods bring.
Alongside a daily selection of pastries, tarts, pain au chocolat, cookies and muffins, the bakery will become a focal point of baking in the South West.
