Our bread

Overnight white
This bread is slow proved overnight and contains half the yeast of the other breads resulting in a different texture and is particularly good for toasting.

White Sourdough
Made with just the most basic ingredients - flour, water and salt. This bread is tangy and very satisfying. Particularly good with cheese. Yeast free

Focaccia
A rectangular & flat olive oil dough with a variety of toppings:
- Cherry tomato, paprika oil and sea salt
- Red onion, rosemary and sea salt
- Lemon, olive oil and sea salt *
- Potato, herbes de Provence & sea salt *
