A large rectangular shaped loaf, stuffed with green olives and slashed before being brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with herbes de Provence

Shallot & Tarragon
Made with Campagne dough, swirled with finely chopped shallots & tarragon which melt when baked resulting in a subtle onion and herb flavour. Topped with herbes de Provence & olive oil

Malted Wheat
A light nutty loaf made with malted wheat flour – great for sandwiches or toast
