What is the Cookery School?

The Cookery School is based at Bordeaux Quay on Bristol's harbourside. It was set up in 1998 by Barny Haughton as Quartier Vert Cookery School and its mission is to transform the way people think and feel about food.

What does the Cookery School offer?

The Cookery School offers a host of cooking experiences (hands-on workshops and demonstrations) for children, adults, corporate clients and the community, that promise to both challenge and inform.

How do I book?
