Bordeaux Quay is internationally recognised for its contribution to sustainable development and environmental efficiency. We were the first restaurant in the UK to take environmental responsibility beyond the simple practice of recycling or using organic produce.We have carefully considered every aspect of how the building functions from light sensors in the toilet to a rain water harvesting system, sustainably sourced materials and a comprehensive recycling and composting scheme.
