Private dining room

If you are having a more intimate wedding the private dining room seats a maximum of 20 people and is available free of charge provided you are eating here with us.  For smaller events (under 20) please call reservations on 0117 943 1200 or email reservations@bordeaux-quay.co.uk

Restaurant hire & Exclusive hire

Exclusively hire of either the upstairs restaurant and wine bar or would incur a minimum spend which is calculated depending upon the date and times you require. The restaurant including the wine bar area seats a maximum of 140 guests.  The restaurant alone seats 120 leaving the wine bar for drinks. Using the entire space to include the downstairs enables a dance floor to be created downstairs.

Exclusive hire with boat package

This package involves a wedding breakfast at Bordeaux Quay (maximum of 140 people) Accompanied by an evening event on the yacht Harmony II for music and dancing and evening buffet. The yacht is anchored five minutes walk along the water from Bordeaux Quay and the bride and groom can be taken over to the yaught via speedboat.

Pinot Grigio & Valpolicella - wine and food matching

Thursday 18th March.  Pinot Grigio and Valpolicella matched with a three course menu.  £35 per person

Ginger & Grapefruit Belvedere

Thursday 1st April.  Ginger and Grapefruit Belvedere vodka tasting event.  Sample a variety of complimentary cocktails featuring this new addition to the Belvedere range. Your ticket price is also redeemable against any Belvedere purchased on the evening, be it a drink or a bottle.   £10 per person.  5pm - 7pm

Call my bluff

Thursday 15th April. All of the guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival before the fun and games begin. Over the course of the evening, participants will taste three white wines, three reds and a dessert wine, with a cheese board also included. 7.30pm start. Table of four £100
