Bordeaux Quay is a unique harbourside venue in Bristol which comprises a restaurant, brasserie, bar, deli, bakery and cookery school - under one roof. Housed in an elegant, converted warehouse on the waterfront, Bordeaux Quay offers the very best in seasonal, regionally sourced food and drink.
We are working hard to make Bordeaux Quay as sustainable as possible. This has been a principal consideration since the start of the project and it is an ongoing process. We will always work to improve our performance by building and improving on our current sustainable activities.
