Nothing has a greater impact on how we live than the food we put in our mouths. Eating is the most important thing we do, yet we take it for granted – few of us know the story of how our food got on to our plates. Bordeaux Quay tells that story.

Bordeaux Quay is much more than a place to eat. It is a hub that links eating, cooking and learning. Our philosophy aims to put food back at the centre of our lives in a way that benefits the community - from the producers and suppliers to local schools to the customers who visit us.

If food can be grown in the West Country we won’t be getting it from anywhere else – Bordeaux Quay will shrink the food miles map and make its own impact on the global issues facing modern food production.
