Our Suppliers
Most of the food served at Bordeaux Quay comes from the West country, which ensures that the produce is good, fresh and seasonal. The other underlying reason for sourcing produce locally, which is central to the ethos of Bordeaux Quay, is to reduce ‘food miles’ or, in other words, to reduce the time and economic resources we spend on transporting the food we eat.
