Created by White Design, the restaurant is designed around a dramatic central atrium. Sophisticated, simple and sustainable, the restaurant makes the most of natural lighting and ventilation, with natural materials used throughout. Furniture and fittings are designed by Benchmark whose other high profile projects include the Swiss Re Tower, The National Trust Headquarters, and The Eden Project.
