Materials
Within the building we have refurbished equipment from the building's previous occupant, such as the lifts and bar fridges. We have also reused furnishings including doors, woodwork and toilets.
The building has been furnished with many environmentally friendly materials such as sustainably sourced wood. For example, the oak floors and staircases are made from English wood certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council.
