The total cost for a glass of Prosecco on arrival, a three course meal with half a bottle of wine, Champagne for the toasts and finishing with coffee & petit fours is £53.50 per person plus a 10 % optional service charge.

N.B - There is no room hire charge at Bordeaux Quay! 

Minimum spend requirements 

This is made up of food, drink and is influenced by timings.

Examples:

Any Sunday throughout the year (including Bank Holidays) for 80-100 guests - no minimum spend requirements.

Friday lunch in August is £500

Friday evening in August is £3,400

Saturday lunch in August is £600

Saturday evening August is £5,000

Restaurant hire

The restaurant including the wine bar area seats a maximum of 140 guests.  The restaurant alone seats 120 leaving the wine bar for drinks. You can use the whole building which enables a dance floor to be created downstairs.

Private dining room

If you are having a more intimate wedding the private dining room seats a maximum of 20 people and is available free of charge provided you are eating at Bordeaux Quay.
