The Wine Bar

The upstairs Wine Bar is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day's work, enjoy a pre dinner cocktail, spend a whole evening tasting various creations or just to enjoy a relaxing digestif whilst gazing over the waterfront.

It offers unparalleled drinks and service on the first floor of Bordeaux Quay. Manager and resident mixologist, Andy Fisher, has comprised a drinks menu containing over 70 cocktails, of which 30 are original creations, and a back bar which consists of more than 250 spirits and liqueurs. Guests are more than welcome to navigate their way through the list until late into the evening.
